What’s it like to be a GEK?

Hey Everyone – I’m Kadence, the newest Retail Associate and GEK blogger! You’ll be hearing from me often to talk about a range of topics from the Keto diet, personal travels, and behind-the-scenes here at Good Eats Kitchen to name a few.

Now you may be thinking, “Who is this girl and why is she so excited to teach me stuff?” Well I’ll tell you! I am a student at LSU studying Nutrition and Food Science, I’m obsessed with working out, I’m an employee at our beloved Good Eats Kitchen, and I’m really into the ‘share the wealth” mentality, which in this instance is the wealth of knowledge. In this crazy fast paced world where the latest and greatest diet changes just as fast as the latest and greatest phones do, I want to ease the stress by giving you legitimate information about health and wellness, fitness, and nutrition so you have the knowledge and understanding of what nutritional route works best for you. This is your life and you should have access to the tools to make it the best life you can.

If you aren’t the type of person whose interested in another health nut blogger, don’t worry, I have something for everyone. I’ll also be talking about what’s cooking in the Good Eats Kitchen and the ingredients that makes your favorite Chicken Enchilada taste so good, or who the heck Jacob Hamilton is, or what do people eat across the world in places like Greece. I hope this blog can be a tool that releases the stress that comes from not knowing, after all that is our main goal at GEK, to take the stress away from things that shouldn’t be stressful in today’s busy world! So, what’s it like to be a GEK? It’s inspiring and I hope to inspire you too!
