Starting in September, Good Eats Kitchen will now extend the weekly, limited Chef Feature item to a month long offering. Head Production Manager and Chef, Jacob Hamilton will now release TWO off-menu, ready to heat prepared meals each month as a fresh prepared meal option from what is current on Good Eats Kitchen’s Main Menu.
These items will be available for grab-and-go in our retail stores and on the Waitr App only. The goal of this slight change is to give our customers more options and time to enjoy Jake’s culinary creations. Soon, you will be able to add the current Monthly Chef Feature onto your weekly online preorders and to your on demand Waitr order also.
This month our retail exclusive prepared meals are a Gluten Free Shrimp Etouffee and a Grilled Chicken & Eggplant Parmesan.
Louisiana Gulf Shrimp showcased in a rouxless, red pepper puree and Greek yogurt sauce that is flavor packed with traditional trinity, mushrooms, tomatoes, and okra served over a bed of brown rice.
Lemon & Italian Herb Marinated Chicken Breast over a bed of spinach and gluten free penne pasta tossed in our house made Pappa Rossi sauce. Topped with mozzarella, parmesan, basil ribbons & parsley.
