We refer to ourselves as a “Chef Driven” prepared meals business. Our background is fine dining and we aim to operate similar to a fast-casual restaurant. We target to rotate our menu quarterly, taking advantage of seasonal ingredients and new recipes Chef Jacob and team think up. We offer a wide selection of 35-40 prepared meal items at each time. Our top selling items will remain on the menu. We rotate the slower moving items off the menu to clear space in our coolers.
